• Original packaging must be intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, please place a new order and return the original item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
